I will fight for you every step of the way.

COVID-19 Update

To all existing and potential clients, as we continue to navigate through these difficult times, the Maryland Courts and District of Columbia Courts have begun conducting hearings, primarily via remote video or by telephone. While I continue to remain primarily working from home out of an abundance of concern for the health and safety of myself and clients, my ability to handle cases and to discuss and work towards resolution of issues on behalf of new and existing clients has not changed. The majority of courts accept filings of pleadings by e-filing. I continue to be available by telephone and email to consult on all types of family law matters, personal injury cases, and civil matters and Will preparation. My contact information is also available on my office voicemail. You may also email me at [email protected]. My preference is that I be contacted by email and I will contact you from my cell phone if I am not at the office.

In October, 2020, there will be substantial changes to how child support is addressed, bringing welcome consideration of factors and the standard of living for those who are obligated to pay child support, that the Court could not previously consider.
